1. Ability to work in a team and to lead a team

 

A good staff is the person who is good at not only as team player but as team leader. It means he or she can do well both work of member in group and work of leader. Especially, he or she knows exactly when they have to work as member in team and when they have to work as leader.

 

2. An enthusiasm to self improvement and self education

 

A good staff always tries to educate and improve himself or herself to not only fulfill well tasks but also gain better outcomes. Furthermore, he or she often sets up higher requires for himself or herself than their manager do.

 

3. A strong belief that they create the business's success

 

Good staffs understands exactly their role in their company that is creating the business's success. Hence, they are aspirated to help business succeed and proud of being one of people who contributes to generate that success.

 

4. An ability to organize themselves

 

It means they are able to manage time, arrange effectively weight of work as well as estimate correctly amount of necessary time to finish work.

 

5. A passion for their work

 

The main objective of most staff is earning money, however, apart from money; good staffs also work because of the passion for the work. A team including the people who work with their passion can achived better results.

 

6. Respect for the boss

 

If a staff does not respect their boss, he or she will be quick to find other job. So to have faithful employees who are ready to satisfy for business, the boss are also enough qualities to be good leader.  

 

7. Good people skills

 

In any job, interaction is an unavoidable thing. An employee who has good skills in communication will be assessed better than the person has same qualify but lacks people skills. He or she has good relationships with customers, providers, other employees and managers.

 

With these qualities, you can choose the best candidates who are willing work for your business's profits. Besides, basing on those, it is possible for you to judge your present employees and conclude who have to be replaced.
